SPCAD license Management

Overview

Helps you efficiently manage your SPCAD licenses using the License Manager and Dashboard. This guide explains how SPCAD licenses work, how to assign and unassign licenses, and how to track license usage across multiple machines. Follow these steps to ensure smooth activation and better control of your available SPCAD licenses.

1. How to Log in to Your License Manager

  1. Make sure you have an active internet connection.
  2. Open your CAD application and launch License Manager.
    (
    Type LICMAN_SP in the command line, or access it from the SPCAD dropdown menu.)
  3. Enter your registered email and password.
  1. A 5-digit verification code will be sent to your email.
  1. Enter the code to complete sign-in.

You are now logged in and can view your license overview.

2. Assign a License

  1. After logging in, you will see your:
    • Total licenses
    • Available licenses
    • Assigned licenses
  1. Click the Green Activate button to assign a license to your machine.
  1. The button will change to Deactivate, confirming the license is now in use.
  1. Close the License Manager and continue working in CAD.

3. Unassign a License

  1. Open License Manager.
  2. Click the Deactivate button.
  1. When the confirmation dialog appears, click Yes.
  1. Close the License Manager.
  2. A message will confirm that the machine has no license attached.

Notes

  • An internet connection is required for activation and deactivation.
  • Only available licenses can be assigned.
  • Deactivating a license frees it for use on another machine.
